The Real Housewives of Atlanta

So another one of my favorite shows on television is The Real Housewives of... and this season Bravo takes us into the lives of rich and famous African American women living in some of the most affluent communities in Atlanta, Georgia. On Last nights episode Kim (the only one in the bunch who isn't black) takes the other women to her psychic Rose in order to have her palms read. NeNe (the ghetto fabulous social butterfly) decides to get her palms read for fun, and finds out that psychic Rose hit the nail right on the head when she dug up NeNe's "daddy issues" from her past. Rose tells her that she will be receiving some bad news in regards to her relationship with her father. A couple days later NeNe gets an anonymous letter in the mail stating that the man that she's been calling daddy for 30+ years may not even be her father!! ( in the words of flava flav : Wowwww). Mean while, Deshawn( wife of Clevland Cavaliers Player Eric Snow) is planning a million dolllar fund raiser for her foundation. She makes plans to "step her fundraising game up" and have her jeweler and pastor contribute to raising money and auctioning off dates! Deshawn seeks the help of Sheree (ex-wife of NFL an player) and Lisa (wife of NFL player Ed Hartwell) to assist her with the auctioning portion of her fund raiser. Cut to Kim meeting with music producer Dallas Austin in order to help her jump start her career in singing ( may the force be with you girl!), and Sheree going to a drag queen/transvestite fashion show with her gay and fabulous hair stylist! Next week we will find out the conclusion of NeNe's paternity dilemma, and the turn out of Deshawn's fund raiser. I can't wait!

The Real House Wives of Atlanta is good TV. It takes you into the lives of these interesting rich and famous socialites who are livin'the good life and lovin' it. Plus it has that extra southern flavor. You can tune in on Tuesdays at 10:00 PM on Bravo!
