Jamie foxx has just wrapped up production on his latest movie entitled: The Soloist. The emotional and heart wrenching movie is based on the true story of LA Times reporter Steve Lopez (played by Robert Downey, Jr.) and his encounter with an ex Julliard student and musical genius turned homeless schizophrenic Nathaniel Ayers (played by Jamie Foxx). In Steve Lopez's quest to help Nathaniel find his way back to the life he once had, a beautiful friendship blossoms and changes both lives. There's a lot of buzz around this flick people, and it sounds like it'll be an award winning performance by both Foxx and Downey, Jr. The Soloist is scheduled to be out in theaters on March 13, 2009.

I saw this preview as well. This def looks like an oscar nominated movie and best role in this movie. Both actors seem to come out of their shell and portray what they can really become in this film. As for Robert Downey Jr, I am so proud of his big comeback and overcoming drugs so he can ultimately perform as he was supposed to. Jamie foxx proves to bemore that beats the eye. He is a talented singer and he actor. I can't wait to see this film
